Nicole also has a wide variety of experience within the real estate industry. She has been a real estate investor for 20 years with experience in purchasing investment properties, flipping properties for resale, legal secondary suite construction, new build construction and residential contracting. Nicole has also been a landlord for over 15 years, managing up to six properties at a time. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Nicole is excited to be working toward her Realtor® license. This will allow her to better serve our clients in the field.
